Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify leads through multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Build and maintain strong client relationships using Salesforce CRM
- Exceed quarterly sales targets while maintaining 95%+ call metrics
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Conduct product demonstrations and handle complex negotiations
- Document all interactions in CRM and provide weekly performance reports
- Mentor junior team members during peak weekend hours
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales experience with documented quota attainment
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and objection-handling skills
- Proven track record with commission-based compensation structures
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 8AM-6PM)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales enablement tools
