Responsibilities
- Initiate and manage outbound sales calls and client meetings to drive revenue growth and meet quarterly targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients through regular follow-ups.
- Identify and assess the specific needs of clients to recommend tailored solutions and services.
- Present product demonstrations and deliver persuasive sales pitches to convert leads into customers.
- Track daily sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to consistently meet or exceed monthly quotas.
- Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to optimize sales processes and improve customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and team training sessions to refine selling techniques.
Qualifications

- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
