Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and CRM engagement
- Develop deep product knowledge to consultatively position solutions for enterprise clients
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data in Salesforce and weekly activity reports
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets while maintaining high client satisfaction
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience with proven quota achievement
- Proficiency in Salesforce and sales engagement tools (Outreach, Salesloft)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Strong negotiation skills and consultative selling approach
- Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in SaaS or tech industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
