Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional, and energetic manner.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date with product features, pricing, and current promotions to educate customers.
- Operate cash registers and manage inventory levels, including restocking and merchandising displays.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of retail or sales experience preferred, but enthusiastic new graduates are welcome.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with POS systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
