Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound calling to generate new business leads and qualify prospects.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to prospective clients to drive sales.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system (Salesforce/Salesloft).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead quality and campaign performance.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Handle inbound inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, or B2B Sales.
- Must be available to work Weekend Shifts (e.g., Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Proficiency with computers and CRM software (experience with Salesforce is a plus).
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
