Responsibilities
- Drive sales through consultative selling techniques and product knowledge
- Exceed customer service standards by building rapport and resolving inquiries
- Execute visual merchandising to maintain store presentation standards
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer integrity
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental sales targets
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment processes

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic retail software
- Strong problem-solving abilities with customer-focused mindset
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
