Responsibilities
- Generate high-quality leads through cold calling and networking within the Chicago market.
- Conduct professional face-to-face sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Close deals and negotiate contracts to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Manage and grow an existing client portfolio to ensure high retention and loyalty.
- Enter accurate sales data and customer activity into the CRM system.
- Collaborate with regional management to optimize sales strategies and territory coverage.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in outside sales or business-to-business sales.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required for territory coverage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive and confident demeanor.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
