Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn to build a robust sales pipeline
- Present tailored product demonstrations highlighting ROI and competitive advantages
- Execute consultative sales cycles from discovery to contract negotiation
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead conversion strategies and campaign effectiveness
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets while maintaining client satisfaction metrics
- Leverage Salesforce and outreach tools to track KPIs and forecast accurately
- Participate in weekly sales training to refine objection handling and closing techniques
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B sales experience with measurable quota achievement
- Proven track record in consultative selling and complex deal structuring
