Responsibilities
- Drive Sales: Actively engage with prospective clients to identify and close sales opportunities within the local market.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and new customers through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics set by management.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide feedback to the management team and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align on sales campaigns and product launches.
- Brand Representation: Represent the company professionally at all times, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail is preferred; however, we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- Determination: A high level of motivation, drive, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
