Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and digital outreach across Illinois and Washington territories
- Develop customized sales presentations demonstrating product ROI for B2B clients
- Execute full sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data in Salesforce and conduct weekly opportunity reviews
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets while maintaining 85%+ client satisfaction metrics
- Participate in quarterly sales training sessions and industry certification programs
Qualifications
- 3+ years inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Strong negotiation abilities and consultative selling approach
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to thrive in uncapped commission environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
