Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify inbound leads while developing new business opportunities across Missouri
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling techniques
- Present product demonstrations and customized solutions to meet client needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction
- Exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs through strategic pipeline management
- Document all sales activities in Salesforce and maintain accurate CRM records
- Analyze market trends to identify new growth opportunities and competitive insights
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Strong analytical abilities to assess client needs and propose tailored solutions
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
