Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and qualify prospects within the California market.
- Conduct in-person sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Close deals over the phone and in-person, achieving weekly and monthly sales quotas.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Attend weekly team meetings and training sessions to sharpen closing techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or retail sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
