Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for assigned territory (TN/FL)
- Prospect and acquire new business through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach
- Build and maintain client relationships through consultative selling techniques
- Exceed quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with marketing to identify lead generation opportunities
- Analyze market trends to refine sales strategies

Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Strong proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)

- Ability to travel 30-50% within territory
