Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through multi-channel outreach (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn)
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets
- Present tailored product solutions to C-level executives and key decision-makers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless client onboarding experiences
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline analytics for forecasting accuracy

Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience with demonstrated quota achievement
- Proficiency in Salesforce and sales engagement platforms (Outreach, Salesloft)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex value propositions
- Strong analytical mindset for interpreting client needs and market trends
- Proven track record in closing enterprise deals ($50k+ average deal size)
