Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through inbound and outbound channels to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to drive sales growth.
- Present product demos and tailored solutions to meet customer needs effectively.
- Accurately manage and update customer data in the CRM system (Salesforce/Sales Navigator).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or telesales.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a confident phone manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred).
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for team meetings (if applicable).
