Responsibilities
- Drive New Business: Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the designated territory to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Client Acquisition: Conduct cold calls, emails, and networking to generate leads and schedule high-quality meetings with decision-makers.
- Product Demonstration: Present our products/services to prospective clients, highlighting key features and benefits that align with their business needs.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure high retention rates and foster repeat business.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights to the sales leadership team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and customer success teams to align on campaign strategies and client feedback loops.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field (Direct Hire candidates with a proven track record are preferred).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- CRM Proficiency: Demonstrated experience using CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
- Self-Motivation: A high level of energy, drive, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus but not required for exceptional candidates.
- Location: Must be willing to work from our Phoenix, AZ office (or hybrid model as applicable).
