Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify leads through outbound calling, email campaigns, and CRM management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while presenting tailored tech solutions
- Exceed quarterly sales targets by strategically managing the sales pipeline
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
- Utilize Salesforce and other sales intelligence tools for data-driven decision making
- Conduct product demonstrations and address client inquiries with expert knowledge
- Continuously refine sales techniques through ongoing training and market research
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience with proven track record of exceeding quotas
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with consultative approach
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret market trends and client needs
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Self-motivated with ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Experience in SaaS or tech solutions sales highly desirable
