Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound lead pipelines to drive new business opportunities.
- Conduct product presentations and product demonstrations via phone and email to prospective clients.
- Identify and qualify leads, assessing their needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and repeat business.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and campaigns.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a confident phone voice.
- Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook).
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to handle high-pressure sales environments.
