Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and generate new business leads within the Chicago metropolitan area.
- Conduct face-to-face sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to drive retention.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new market trends and opportunities.
- Accurately document all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM software.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to refine sales techniques and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of setting and achieving goals.
