- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while closing sales deals

- Document all interactions in Salesforce CRM with accuracy
- Participate in weekend shift rotations (Saturday/Sunday)
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales or B2B experience
- Proven track record meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Expertise in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license (for occasional client visits)
