Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new clients across Los Angeles County
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with C-level decision-makers in target industries
- Present complex solutions through customized product demonstrations and proposals
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing
- Collaborate with marketing to generate qualified leads and optimize territory coverage
- Maintain accurate CRM data and provide weekly sales activity reports
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets while maintaining client satisfaction
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of B2B outside sales experience with verifiable track record
- Proven ability to close complex deals in enterprise or mid-market segments
- Expertise in consultative selling and value proposition development
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
