Responsibilities
- Generate new business by aggressively prospecting and qualifying leads within the local San Jose market.
- Conduct face-to-face presentations and product demonstrations to potential high-value clients.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to final signature.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and identify new market opportunities.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Provide market feedback to the product development team to help shape our future offerings.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of proven experience in B2B Outside Sales or Account Management.
- Strong track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth in a competitive environment.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation for local travel within the Bay Area.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
- Self-motivated with a hunger for success and a highly competitive mindset.
- Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and the MS Office Suite.
