Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to qualified leads.
- Present and demonstrate product value propositions to prospective clients to identify their needs.
- Manage and update the CRM system (Salesforce/HubSpot) with accurate prospect data and activity logs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to schedule meetings and hand off qualified opportunities to account executives.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or telemarketing (experience in weekend shift roles is a plus).
- Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of motivation and self-discipline.
- Resilience and the ability to handle rejection while maintaining a positive attitude.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
