Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and digital outreach
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships while understanding their technology needs
- Present product demonstrations and customized solutions to prospective clients
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies
- Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets while maintaining high client satisfaction
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track sales activities and pipeline metrics
- Participate in ongoing product training to stay current with industry trends
Qualifications
- 3+ years of inside sales or B2B sales experience in technology sector
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Strong proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Spanish language proficiency a significant plus for Miami market
- Valid US work authorization required
