- Prospect & Qualify: Utilize outbound calling, email campaigns, and social selling to identify and engage high-value prospects in the local and national market.
- Needs Analysis: Conduct needs-based conversations to understand client challenges and demonstrate how our products/services provide the ultimate solution.
- Product Presentation: Deliver compelling sales presentations and demos that highlight value propositions and drive conversion.
- Objection Handling: Navigate complex objections and negotiate terms to close deals efficiently.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records in our CRM, manage the sales pipeline, and forecast revenue growth.
- Client Retention: Ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships to encourage upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2+ years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or account management is preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional tone.
- Diligence: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
