Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through phone calls, emails, and digital channels
- Present and sell company products/services to new and existing customers
- Meet/exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales strategies
- Provide exceptional customer experience throughout the sales lifecycle
- Attend weekend shift training and team development sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales experience with proven track record
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Excellent verbal/written communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Weekend shift availability (Saturday/Sunday)
