Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls and handle inbound leads in a fast-paced environment.
- Identify and assess the needs of potential clients to match them with our products/services.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to prospective customers to drive conversions.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads using Salesforce CRM.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize campaign strategies.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Demonstrated ability to overcome objections and close deals.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (training provided).
