Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate qualified leads.
- Build rapport with potential clients and identify their business needs.
- Present product demos and negotiate pricing to close deals.
- Manage the sales pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring accurate data entry.
- Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or Account Management.
- Strong communication skills with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to work a standard 40-hour work week.
