Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound calling and email campaigns to qualified leads during weekend shifts.
- Present products and services to prospective clients, effectively handling objections and closing deals.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and onboarding.
- Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track progress and update client records accurately.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging based on customer feedback.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets consistently.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of proven experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or call center environments.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a commission-based compensation structure.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
