Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new clients within the Kansas City metro area.
- Conduct face-to-face presentations and product demonstrations to showcase value propositions.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting to closing deals and account retention.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective outreach strategies.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system regarding client interactions and sales performance.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings and training sessions to refine skills and stay updated on industry trends.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive demeanor.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a high-performing team.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM software.
