Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure high retention rates.
- Utilize Salesforce and CRM tools to track sales activities and forecast future performance.
- Conduct product presentations and needs analysis for prospective customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on outreach strategies and campaign goals.
- Document all customer interactions and sales data accurately in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas and revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Account Management.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM platforms.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
