Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to qualified prospects to generate new business opportunities.
- Identify and qualify leads by determining their needs, budget, and timeline to ensure sales readiness.
- Present product demonstrations and pricing structures to prospective clients in a compelling manner.
- Manage a daily pipeline of leads using Salesforce or HubSpot, updating activity logs and status accurately.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet and exceed weekly and monthly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales or B2B sales is preferred (entry-level candidates with strong drive considered).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a previous role.
- Strong communication and active listening skills with the ability to articulate complex solutions simply.
- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive) is a plus.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with a high level of accountability.
- Ability to work part-time hours (e.g., 20-25 hours per week) with a flexible schedule.
