Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage with enterprise clients during evening hours (6 PM - 2 AM)
- Develop customized solutions for B2B technology clients
- Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing
- Exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Leverage CRM system to track client interactions and pipeline
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client success
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting and reporting
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B outside sales experience with proven track record
- Availability to work night shift (6 PM - 2 AM) Monday-Friday
- Expertise in consultative selling and solution-based approaches
- Strong negotiation and closing skills ($100K+ deals)
- Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel within Northern California (30-40%)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
