Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound leads and conduct outbound prospecting calls to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to track interactions, update customer data, and manage the sales pipeline.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to qualify leads and move them through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align on campaign strategies and lead generation efforts.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Participate in ongoing training programs to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of proven experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or telesales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High level of resilience and the ability to handle rejection positively.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
