- Develop and maintain 50+ qualified leads weekly through CRM tools
- Present customized solutions to C-level decision-makers
- Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation campaigns
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets through strategic upselling
- Document all client interactions in Salesforce with 98% accuracy
- Participate in daily sales huddles and monthly performance reviews
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas (110%+ achievement)
- Expertise in Salesforce and HubSpot CRM platforms
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven approach
