Responsibilities
- Generate new business through proactive prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
- Conduct product presentations and demos to prospective clients to identify their needs.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with marketing and support teams to optimize sales strategies.
- Document all client interactions and pipeline activities accurately in the CRM.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in outside sales or business development.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas consistently.
- Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn, grow, and achieve results.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required.
