Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify leads through phone, email, and digital channels
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling
- Present product solutions aligned with client needs and business objectives
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute targeted campaigns
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate CRM records
- Meet/exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs
Qualifications
- 1+ years inside sales or customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and persuasive skills
- Proficient with CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot)
- Goal-oriented with proven track record in sales
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree a plus
