Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Identify and qualify potential clients, understanding their business needs and pain points.
- Present product and service solutions effectively to close deals and meet monthly sales targets.
- Manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Collaborate with the marketing and account management teams to refine sales strategies.
- Document all customer interactions and sales activities accurately in our database.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings.
