Your Mission
As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand. Your primary goal is to drive revenue by acquiring new clients and expanding relationships within existing accounts.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting: Identify and qualify high-value leads through outbound calling, email campaigns, and social networking.
- Presentation: Deliver compelling product presentations and demos to prospective clients to demonstrate value and solve their pain points.
- Closing: Negotiate terms, handle objections, and close deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Client Retention: Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or a similar sales role.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive, professional tone.
- Drive: Self-motivated, competitive nature, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred (equivalent experience accepted).
- Skills: Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
