Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Conduct high-value sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the region.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas consistently.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of successful outside sales experience in a commission-based environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and targets.
- Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive) is preferred.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and coachable attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel.
