Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans for Detroit metro and Ohio markets
- Generate new business through cold calls, networking, and lead generationPresent and sell complex solutions to C-level executives and decision-makersMaintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline reportingExceed quarterly revenue targets through consultative sellingCollaborate with marketing team to create localized campaignsAnalyze market trends and competitor activitiesRepresent company at industry events and trade shows
Qualifications
- 3+ years proven outside sales experience with B2B solutions
- Strong track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to travel 60-70% of time across Michigan/Ohio
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
