Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify new leads through cold outreach, email campaigns, and LinkedIn prospecting
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling and needs-based solutions
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining CRM data accuracy
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging
- Present product demonstrations and handle objections to close deals efficiently
- Track sales metrics and provide actionable insights for process optimization
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales or business development experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with consultative selling approach
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
