Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Execute high-impact sales presentations and close deals with prospective clients during peak weekend hours.
- Client Engagement: Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas through effective consultative selling.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of all products and services to effectively answer customer inquiries.
- Event Execution: Assist in the setup and execution of weekend sales events and promotional campaigns.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with management and fellow associates to maintain a high-energy, professional store environment.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and flexible hours as needed.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
- Goal-Oriented: Strong drive to succeed with a focus on achieving high commission earnings.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a history of showing up ready to work.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.
