Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and approach potential B2B clients in the Denver, PA area to introduce our premium products and services.
- Face-to-Face Sales: Conduct in-person meetings and presentations to demonstrate product value, handle objections, and build trust with decision-makers.
- Closing Deals: Utilize consultative selling techniques to negotiate contracts and secure sales, driving revenue for the company and directly impacting your income.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, leads, and sales activities in our Salesforce CRM to ensure pipeline accuracy.
- Market Research: Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term partnerships with clients to ensure repeat business, referrals, and customer retention.
Qualifications
- Sales Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or a commission-based sales role.
- Night Shift Availability: Must be willing and able to work night shifts (typically 3:00 PM β 12:00 AM).
- Valid Driverβs License: A clean driving record and reliable access to a personal vehicle for local travel within Pennsylvania.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive, professional, and energetic demeanor.
- Self-Motivation: A strong drive to succeed with a "hunter" mentality and the ability to work independently without micromanagement.
- Goal Orientation: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in previous roles.
