Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify leads through multi-channel outreach (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn)
- Develop and execute personalized sales strategies to convert prospects into clients
- Manage and grow existing accounts while expanding customer lifetime value
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead generation campaigns
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track pipeline, forecast sales, and maintain accurate records
- Present product demonstrations and negotiate win-win agreements
- Weekly reporting of KPIs and actionable insights for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven inside sales experience with track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport remotely
- Data-driven approach with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated with demonstrated resilience in competitive sales environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and presentation software
