Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify leads through CRM systems and targeted outreach
- Present product solutions to prospects via virtual demonstrations and consultative calls
- Collaborate with marketing to execute lead-nurturing campaigns
- Document all interactions in Salesforce and maintain accurate pipeline data
- Meet/exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and conversion metrics
- Participate in team training sessions to refine sales techniques
- Provide feedback to product team on market trends and customer needs
Qualifications
- 1+ years of B2B sales or customer-facing experience preferred
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree a plus
