As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients to showcase value propositions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to provide feedback on customer needs and market trends.
- Accurately enter sales data and customer information into the CRM system (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Attend industry events and networking functions to expand professional networks.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in outside sales, business development, or account management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a focus on closing deals.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
