Responsibilities
- Execute outbound sales calls and engage with prospects during night hours.
- Identify and qualify leads to ensure a steady pipeline of sales opportunities.
- Close deals and process orders efficiently while maintaining high accuracy.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance targets.
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Build lasting relationships with clients to ensure retention and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive paid training for motivated candidates.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills are essential.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Must be available to work night shifts (typically 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Proficiency with computers and CRM software is preferred.
