Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads and opportunities in the Tampa market.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
- Process sales orders and handle customer inquiries efficiently.
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or retail.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
