Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calling and email campaigns during night shifts to generate new business leads and qualify prospects.
- Present our premium services to potential clients, overcoming objections and securing new contracts.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, from initial outreach to closing and account activation.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to accurately log interactions, track leads, and manage pipeline data.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead quality and improve conversion strategies.
- Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to qualify for performance bonuses.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service (1-2 years preferred).
- Must be available to work the night shift (e.g., 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM EST).
- Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce experience a major plus).
- Demonstrated self-motivation and a strong desire to earn uncapped commissions.
